webinars.ca turns any URL into an interactive session. Here's exactly what hosting a webinar looks like, step by step.

The six-step host playbook

Most users go from account creation to their first live session in a single sitting.

1. Create your account
Sign up with email or Google. You'll land on your dashboard with no setup, no downloads, no plug-ins.

2. Schedule a webinar
Hit Schedule a webinar, set a title, date and duration, and (optionally) paste the URL of an interactive page you want your guests to use during the call — your checkout, signup form, booking flow, anything.

3. Share the invite link
Each webinar gets a unique shareable link. Send it by email, SMS, or post it anywhere. Guests don't need an account — they just enter their name and join.
4. Start the room
When it's time, click Start room. Your camera and mic activate in-browser. Toggle background blur, share your screen, or unmute guests when you want them to talk.
5. Guests interact live
Your interactive page renders alongside your video. Guests can browse it, click buttons, fill forms, check out, or e-sign — all without leaving the call.
6. Wrap up & follow up
End the session from the controls. Recording and AI-generated social posts are coming soon to repurpose every webinar into shareable content.

Do guests need to download anything?: No. webinars.ca runs entirely in the browser on desktop and mobile. Guests just open your invite link.
What can I put in the interactive page?: Any URL you control: a Shopify checkout, a Stripe payment link, a Calendly form, a Google Form, a custom landing page — anything that allows being embedded.
What if my page can't be embedded?: Some sites (banks, Google, Stripe Checkout) block iframes for security. We always show an Open ↗ link so guests can open the page in a new tab as a fallback.
How many guests can join?: Up to 600 fully-interactive guests on the Pro plan, with simulcast to Facebook and YouTube for larger audiences.
Is it secure?: Every webinar has a unique invite token, video/audio is end-to-end encrypted in transit, and only the host can publish their camera by default.
